Mazkur tezisda dietaning hazm fermentlari sekretsiyasiga ta’siri ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Ovqat tarkibidagi oqsil, yog‘ va uglevodlar nisbatining o‘zgarishi me’da-ichak yo‘llarida fermentlar (amilaza, proteaza, lipaza va boshqalar) ishlab chiqarilishiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatishi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, ratsionning sifati va muvozanatliligi oshqozon osti bezi, jigar hamda ichak bezlari faoliyatiga ta’siri yoritiladi. Turli xil dietalar (yuqori oqsilli, past uglevodli, tolaga boy ratsion va boshqalar) fermentativ faollikni oshirishi yoki kamaytirishi mumkinligi ilmiy manbalar asosida bayon etiladi.
