PEDAGOGICAL ERUDITION - AS A FACTOR IN TRAINING HIGHLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL THROUGH PREVENTING OCCUPATIONAL STRESS IN TEACHERS

This article theoretically analyzes the role of pedagogical erudition in the prevention of occupational stress in teachers. It is argued that pedagogical erudition serves to reduce occupational stress by increasing the professional competence of teachers, effectively analyzing and managing pedagogical situations, developing reflective activity, and forming a communicative culture. It also highlights the fact that pedagogical erudition helps teachers to form constructive coping strategies and create a positive psychological environment in the educational process.
