EFFECT OF DIET ON DIGESTIVE ENZYME SECRETION
Keywords:
diet, digestive enzymes, secretionAbstract
This thesis scientifically analyzes the effect of diet on the secretion of digestive enzymes. It is argued that changes in the ratio of protein, fat, and carbohydrates in food directly affect the production of enzymes (amylase, protease, lipase, etc.) in the gastrointestinal tract. It also highlights the impact of the quality and balance of the diet on the functioning of the pancreas, liver, and intestinal glands. It is stated on the basis of scientific sources that different diets (high-protein, low-carbohydrate, high-fiber diets, etc.) can increase or decrease enzymatic activity. The results of the study are of great importance in the formation of a healthy diet and the prevention of digestive diseases.
