Abstract

This article examines the formation of the technocratic education concept, its manifestations in international practice, and the implementation of digital transformation, STEM education, artificial intelligence, and innovative pedagogical technologies in developed countries. The study analyzes the socio-pedagogical, organizational, and regulatory foundations for integrating these experiences into the educational system of Uzbekistan. Based on international rankings, UNESCO, OECD, and World Bank reports, as well as academic sources, current trends in technocratic education are explored. The opportunities and challenges of implementing technocratic education in Uzbekistan are identified, and theoretical conclusions are proposed for developing a national model adapted to local conditions.
