Mazkur maqola raqamli texnologiyalar ta’limga keng kirib borayotgan sharoitda sifatni ta’minlashning murakkab jihatlarini aniqlaydi. Muammo o‘qitish mazmuni, baholash ishonchliligi, akademik halollik, pedagog kompetensiyasi va infratuzilma nomutanosibligi kesishmasida ko‘riladi. Tahlil ta’lim sifati “kirish–jarayon–natija” modeli orqali olib boriladi. Yangilik sifatida sifatni pasaytiruvchi omillarni boshqaruv qarorlariga bog‘lovchi konseptual izoh beriladi.
