Abstrak

Ushbu ishda Atrapahaxis spinosa L.o‘simligi yer ustki qismi tarkibidagi steroidlarni
aniqlash va tahlil qilish maqsad qilindi. O‘simlik xomashyosidan eskstraksiya usuli orqali biologik faol
moddalar ajratib olindi va yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi usuli yordamida
o‘rganildi.Xromatografik tahlil natijasiga ko‘ra turkesteron va ekdisteron mavjudligi aniqlandi.Tadqiqot
natijalari mazkur o‘simlikning farmakologik jihatdan qimmatli xomashyo sifatida istiqbolli ekanini
tasdiqlaydi
