Aktiv pulmonar tuberkulyoz (APT) jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tizimi uchun jiddiy
muammo bo‘lib, virusli infeksiyalar kasallikning kechishini yanada og‘irlashtiradi. Xususan,
Cytomegalovirus (CMV) va Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) kabi herpesviruslar immun tizim bilan o‘zaro
ta’sir qilib, TB kasalligining rivojlanishiga ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Ushbu sharh mavjud ilmiy
adabiyotlarga asoslanib, CMV/EBV va TB o‘rtasidagi munosabatlarni tahlil qiladi hamda ularning
immunologik mexanizmlari va klinik natijalarga ta’sirini yoritadi.
