СПЕКТРОФОТОМЕТРИЧЕСКИЙ АНАЛИЗ КОЛИЧЕСТВА Pb, Cd, Cu, Fe И Zn В МОЛОКЕ И МОЛОЧНЫХ ПРОДУКТАХ

В данной статье изучается содержание тяжелых металлов (Pb, Cd) и микроэлементов (Cu, Zn, Fe) в молоке и молочных продуктах, производимых в Джизакской области [1-3]. В ходе исследования использовался метод атомно-абсорбционной спектрофотометрии. Результаты оценивались с точки зрения безопасности пищевых продуктов. Полученные данные важны для регионального экологического мониторинга [4].
