Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim sharoitida pedagogik kouching yondashuvi asosida bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishning konseptual asoslari, amaliy mexanizmlari va baholash vositalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot kompetensiyaviy yondashuv, refleksiv ta’lim, hamkorlikda o‘rganish hamda kouchingning strukturalangan modellariga tayangan holda ishlab chiqilgan. Metodik yechim sifatida “kouching sessiyasi, microteaching, rubrika/chek-list, peer-feedback, reflektiv kundalik” integratsiyalashgan modeli taklif etilgan
