Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada  ta’lim tizimida ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalarni joriy etish orqali ta’lim sifati va samaradorligini oshirish mexanizmlari ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, OECD tomonidan olib borilayotgan Programme for International Student Assessment PISA tadqiqotlari, International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement  IEA tomonidan tashkil etilgan Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study TIMSS natijalari, shuningdek, Finland, Singapore, South Korea va Germany ta’lim tizimlarining ilg‘or yondashuvlari misolida samarali mexanizmlar yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda raqamli ta’lim texnologiyalari, kompetensiyaviy yondashuv, baholash tizimini takomillashtirish, pedagog kadrlar malakasini oshirish va ta’lim boshqaruvini modernizatsiya qilish masalalari asosiy yo‘nalish sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi.
