Abstrak

: Mazkur maqolada yoshlar jismoniy faolligini oshirishga qaratilgan “Workout 3+3” innovatsion dasturining nazariy asoslari va amaliy ahamiyati yoritiladi. Zamonaviy sharoitda jismoniy faollikning pasayishi sog‘liq va ish qobiliyatiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatayotgani sababli samarali mashg‘ulot dasturlarini ishlab chiqish dolzarbdir. “Workout 3+3” dasturi yoshlarning jismoniy tayyorgarligini bosqichma-bosqich rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi. Dastur uch bosqichdan iborat: dastlabki bosqichda moslashuv va asosiy ko‘nikmalar shakllantiriladi; ikkinchi bosqichda mashqlar murakkabligi oshirilib, kuch, tezkorlik va chidamlilik rivojlantiriladi; uchinchi bosqichda esa yuqori darajadagi mashqlar orqali maksimal jismoniy imkoniyatlar takomillashtiriladi
