Ushbu maqola globallashuv sharoitida yuqori malakali kadrlarni tayyorlash jarayonida pedagoglarning psixik salomatligini ta’minlash va pedagogik faoliyat samaradorligini oshirishdagi emotsional intellekt va stressga chidamlilikning psixologik determinantlarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda emotsional intellekt pedagogning o‘zini va boshqalarni anglash, boshqarish va ijtimoiy muhitga moslashish qobiliyati sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Stressga chidamlilik pedagoglarning tashqi bosim va qiyinchiliklarga moslashish qobiliyatini belgilaydi.
