Abstrak

 Aholining jamoat transporti bilan ta’minlanganlik darajasini baholash ko‘pincha
yo‘nalishlar soni, qamrov hududi, yo‘lovchilar oqimi va transport tarmog‘i zichligiga asoslanib amalga
oshiriladi. Biroq zamonaviy sharoitda jamoat transporti tizimining samaradorligini real baholash uchun
faqat miqdoriy ko‘rsatkichlar yetarli emas. Mazkur maqolada aholining jamoat transportidan
foydalanishida xizmat sifati bilan bog‘liq omillarni — avtobuslarning texnik holati va ishlab chiqarilgan
yili, ekologik xavfsizligi, imkoniyati cheklangan shaxslar uchun qulayliklar, internet (Wi-Fi) bilan
ta’minlanganlik, isitish va sovutish tizimlari, elektron to‘lov imkoniyatlari — ta’minlanganlik darajasini
baholashda ushbu sifat omillarini hisobga olish zarurligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslab ko‘rsatiladi. Ushbu
omillarni kompleks hisobga olish transport xizmatining foydalanuvchi uchun haqiqiy ahamiyatini
aniqlashda muhim yo‘nalish sifatida taklif etiladi.
