Ferula Sumbul, efir moyi, GC-MSAbstrak
Ferula Sumbul o‘simligi efir moyining kimyoviy tarkibini o‘rganish efir moylarini
standartlash, farmakologik faolligini baholash va xom ashyoning biokimyoviy xususiyatlarini
klassifikatsiya qilishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu ishda Ferula Sumbul efir moyi GC–MS usuli
yordamida tahlil qilinib, uning kimyoviy tarkibi asosida xemotip (fenotip) xususiyatlari aniqlandi. Tahlil
natijasida efir moy tarkibida 49 ta komponent aniqlanib, asosiy komponentlar sifatida 1S-α-pinen
(23.36%), β-pinen (20.60%), (E)-longipinen (12.48%), β-mirsen (7.67%) va sis-sabinen (5.23%)
belgilandi. Olingan natijalar Ferula Sumbul efir moyining α-pinen–β-pinen dominant monoterpenli
xemotipga mansubligini ko‘rsatdi.
