Abstrak

“Ammofos-Maksam” AJ konsentrlangan fosforitlar asosida ammofos oʻgʻitlarini ishlab chiqarish bilan mashhur. Ishlab chiqarish jarayonida digidrat jarayonida olingan ekstraksiya fosfor kislotasi (EPA) xom ashyo sifatida ishlatiladi; uning tarkibida 18–19% fosfor pentoksidi (P2O5) mavjud. EPAdagi P2O5 ning past konsentratsiyasi yuqori fosforli oʻgʻitlar ishlab chiqarishda bugʻlanish, tozalash va granulyatsiya bosqichlarida yakuniy mahsulot birligiga issiqlik va energiya sarfini sezilarli darajada oshiradi. Respublikada hozirda bu sohada keng koʻlamli ishlar amalga oshirilmoqda. Ushbu maqolada “Ammofos-Maksam” AJda amalga oshirilgan digidrat jarayonidagi fosfor kislotasini aralashmalardan tozalash boʻyicha soʻnggi tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan.
