Mazkur tadqiqotda tut ipak qurti g‘umbagi (Bombyx mori L.) va geksan yordamida yog‘i ajratilgan g‘umbakning strukturaviy xususiyatlari o‘rganildi. Namuna sokslet usulida ekstraksiyalanib, qoldiq biomaterial SEM va IQ tahlillar orqali tekshirildi. Natijalar sirt g‘ovakligi ortishi hamda oqsil tabiatiga xos funksional guruhlar mavjudligini ko‘rsatdiHavolalar
