Abstrak

Ushbu tadqiqotda SrTiO₃ perovskit materialining DMSO muhitida sol-gel usuli orqali sintezi va stabilizator sifatida ishlatiladigan limon kislotasi va yetmak o'simlik ekstraktining uning optik xususiyatlariga ta'siri o'rganildi. Olingan namunalar fotolyuminestsentsiya (PL) spektroskopiyasi yordamida tahlil qilindi. PL spektrlari 400–1500 nm oralig'ida bir nechta emissiya maksimallarini ko'rsatdi. 550–600 nm mintaqada kuzatilgan kuchli emissiya diapazoni SrTiO₃ kristall panjarasida kislorod vakansiyalari va Ti³⁺ markazlari bilan bog'liq nuqsonli holatlar mavjudligini ko'rsatadi. Yuqori to'lqin uzunliklarida emissiya chuqur energiya sathlari va sirt holatlarining shakllanishini ko'rsatadi. Natijalar sintez paytida limon kislotasi va o'simlik ekstraktidan foydalanish SrTiO₃ dagi nuqsonli konsentratsiyani oshirishini va uning optik faolligiga sezilarli darajada ta'sir qilishini tasdiqlaydi.
