Abstrak

Tadqiqot jarayonida mezog‘ovak SiO₂ materiali zol-gel usuli asosida sintez qilindi. Sintez sharoitlari — pH muhiti, harorat, reaksiya vaqti hamda saponin konsentratsiyasi — optimallashtirildi. Olingan materiallarning fizik-kimyoviy va strukturaviy xossalari zamonaviy tahlil usullari yordamida o‘rganildi. Jumladan, sirt maydoni va g‘ovak parametrlarini aniqlash uchun Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) usuli, tuzilmani baholash uchun rentgen difraksiyasi (XRD), morfologiyasini aniqlash uchun skanerlovchi elektron mikroskopiya (SEM) va uzatuvchi elektron mikroskopiya (TEM) usullaridan foydalanildi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, mezog‘ovak SiO₂ ning solishtirma sirt maydoni 801 m²/g ni, umumiy g‘ovak hajmi = 0,00105 sm³/g ni, o‘rtacha g‘ovak diametri esa 2 nm ni tashkil etdi. Bu ko‘rsatkichlar materialning yuqori disperslikka va adsorbsion xossaga ega ekanligini tasdiqlaydi
