Ushbu tezisda bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda konvergent kompetentlikni shakllantirishning nazariy-metodologik asoslari hamda uni amalga oshirishga qaratilgan pedagogik model ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqotda bugungi zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida fanlararo integratsiya, muammoli fikrlash va reflektiv faoliyatning ahamiyati ortib borayotgan sharoitda o‘qituvchining kasbiy tayyorgarligini yangi bosqichga olib chiqish haqida keng yoritiladi.
