Maqolada oliy ta’lim tizimida talabalarning ilmiy dunyoqarashini shakllantirishda fanlararo yondashuvning ahamiyati, muammolari va rivojlanish istiqbollari tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy ilm-fan rivojlanishi turli fanlar o‘rtasidagi integratsiyani, bilimlarning yaxlit tizimini va hodisalarni kompleks ravishda tushunishni talab etadi. Maqolada fanlararo yondashuvning nazariy-metodologik asoslari, uning ilmiy dunyoqarashni shakllantirishdagi roli, hozirgi ta’lim tizimida mavjud muammolar hamda bu muammolarni bartaraf etish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqotda fanlararo integratsiyaning turli shakllari, ta’lim jarayonida ularni amalga oshirish mexanizmlari va pedagogik shartlar tahlil etilgan. Shuningdek, fanlararo yondashuvni joriy etishda duch kelinadigan to‘siqlar, o‘qituvchilarning tayyorgarligi masalalari va zamonaviy texnologiyalardan foydalanish imkoniyatlari muhokama qilingan.
