This article analyzes the role of bilingualism in the inextricable link between language and culture from a scientific and theoretical perspective. Bilingualism is interpreted as a factor in the formation of a person's cultural identity, the development of intercultural communication competence, and the acceleration of social adaptation processes. The research is based on linguoculturological and sociological approaches and is conducted through the analysis of modern scientific sources.
