This paper examines the development of a sustainable strategy for industrial businesses
within the framework of the digital economy. It delves into how digital advancements can be harnessed

studies, especially those from Uzbekistan, the study evaluates the integration of digital solutions,
innovation, and the pivotal role of strategic management in guiding businesses through the ongoing
technological transition. The study concludes with actionable suggestions for implementing flexible
strategies that align with the changing digital landscape, promoting industrial development both in
Uzbekistan and internationally [1,2,3].
