RESEARCH OF PHYSICOCHEMICAL AND TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF SURKOV COMPOSITE PREPARED BASED ON LOCAL RAW MATERIALS
Keywords:

In this research work, the physicochemical and tribological properties of a surkov composite prepared from local raw materials were studied. Modified vegetable oil was included as a binder, and graphite, bentonite and kaolin were added as mineral fillers. The operational parameters of the composite were evaluated based on density, viscosity, penetration, dropping point, X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and tribological tests. The results showed that the composite based on local raw materials has high thermal stability and low friction coefficient.
