This article analyzes the issues of effective implementation of the results of scientific research in the field of law into the content of normative and legal documents. It highlights ways to improve the lawmaking process through innovative mechanisms, integrate scientifically based approaches into the legal regulatory system, and increase efficiency in public administration. It also considers the theoretical and practical aspects of strengthening the link between scientific research and practical legal activities.
