This article describes the training program that shapes the processes of transformation of adolescents' self-awareness in the process of information globalization - a complex system based on modern psychological and pedagogical approaches, aimed at developing the processes of reflexive, emotional and social self-awareness of the adolescent personality. Through this program, participants strengthen their skills in identifying their "I", managing their inner feelings, understanding their place in society and assessing themselves socially.
