Abstract

This article analyzes the scientific and theoretical foundations of the volume of training and the intensity of training in the process of increasing the physical potential of football players. Optimal planning of training loads is a decisive factor in the effective development of such physical qualities as strength, speed, endurance and agility of athletes. The study sheds light on the mechanisms of adaptation of load parameters to the body based on sports physiology, training theory and the experience of modern football training.
