In the context of digital pedagogy, the combination of theoretical training with professional and practical activities is becoming an urgent task in the process of training future physical education teachers. Traditional classroom training is characterized by the inability to fully cover the individual educational needs of students, the presence of time and resource limitations in strengthening practical skills. Therefore, the use of mobile educational tools is considered an effective alternative mechanism for developing the professional competencies of future specialists. This work highlights the didactic capabilities of the “PJT (Professional Physical Education)” mobile application developed for physical education students and the pedagogical foundations of its integration into the educational process. The application serves to combine the systematic mastering of theoretical material, planning practical exercises and monitoring results in one environment. The opportunities for personalizing education in a digital environment, activating self-control and reflection mechanisms, increase students' motivation to study. The results of the study substantiate that the use of a mobile application has a positive impact on the development of methodological literacy, professional and practical training, and independent learning skills of future physical education teachers.
