INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR DEVELOPING STUDENTS' RESEARCH COMPETENCES IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

This article substantiates an innovative management model for developing students’ research potential in higher education institutions. The study analyzes mechanisms for engaging students in research activities through a systematic approach and proposes a management model aimed at strengthening academic motivation, improving methodological preparedness, and ensuring effective monitoring of research outcomes. The model is based on the integration of goal oriented, motivational, content, and organizational components to enhance research productivity. The results were implemented at Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, Bukhara State University, and Namangan State University, demonstrating increased student participation in scientific publications and grant projects. Additionally, textbooks entitled “Research Methodology” and “Innovation Management in Education” were published based on the research findings. The results highlight the importance of modernizing research management in higher education.References
